Buying
Where do I buy Give Spark resources?
Every paid resource is sold through our store on Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT). The buttons on this site take you to the right TPT listing, and you check out there.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. TPT shows the price and handles payment, and your bank converts if you pay in another currency.
Can my school pay by purchase order?
Yes. TPT accepts school purchase orders. Your school sets this up with TPT, and the resources then go to your TPT account.
Downloads and formats
How do I get my files?
After checkout, TPT gives you the download straight away. Your purchases stay under My Purchases in your TPT account, so you can download them again anytime.
Do I get updates?
Yes. When we improve a resource, TPT lets you download the new version free from My Purchases.
What format are the files?
Teacher guides and journals are PDFs. Slides come as Google Slides, with a PowerPoint version included.
Can I edit the slides?
No. To protect the copyright, the slides are not editable.
How do the free challenges work?
Free challenges download straight from this site as a PDF. There is no sign-up and no checkout.
Licensing
Can I share resources with my colleagues?
Each purchase is for one teacher in one classroom. Colleagues need their own licence. You can add extra licences at a discount on the TPT product page when you buy, or later from My Purchases.
Do you offer school or district licences?
Yes. Schools and districts can buy multiple licences through TPT. For a larger order, email us with the number of teachers and we will help you set it up.
Refunds
What if a resource isn't right for my class?
Refunds are handled by TPT under its refund policy, because that is where you bought the resource. Contact TPT through the TPT Help Center.
Something in my resource isn't working.
Email us at givesparkco@gmail.com and tell us what you found. We will fix it or send you what you need, and the corrected version will appear in your TPT purchases.
Privacy
What happens to my payment details?
We never see them. All payments are taken and stored by TPT.
What do you do with my email address?
If you request a free lesson, we use your email address to send it and, if you choose, our teaching notes. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email. We never sell or share it.
Do you use cookies or analytics?
Yes. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and buttons people use, so we can make the site more useful. It sets a small number of cookies in your browser. We don't use it to show you ads, and it doesn't tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings at any time.
